Policy for KMUN

This Model United Nations conference is organized by volunteer students. Participants take part as individuals and do not represent their respective schools or institutions.

Participants agree that any damage to property or accidents that may occur during the conference shall be the responsibility of the participant, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the organizers. Moreover, participants agree on policies below.

1. This Model United Nations conference does not tolerate any discriminatory remarks based on race, nationality, gender, religion, or other personal attributes.

2. If a violation is confirmed, the organizers may take appropriate action, including removal from the conference, at their discretion. In addition to the above, any aggressive, insulting, or intimidating language or behavior toward other participants is strictly prohibited. 

3. Even when representing the position of a state, expressions that harm or target real individuals or groups are not permitted.
